- Currently certified Reduced Fare and Mobility customers who have not received new Breeze cards in the mail should visit the Reduced Fare office at MARTA headquarters (across from the Lindbergh Center rail station) located at 2424 Piedmont Road NE in Atlanta.
- Due to the high demand for Reduced Fare and Mobility cards, customers may experience a wait at headquarters before receiving their card. Seating and restrooms are available.
